AETH. Collective is an independent creative studio, film production company and multidisciplinary collective based in Bolzano, South Tyrol, Italy. We work with fashion brands, creative businesses, architects, artists and cultural institutions across Europe and beyond, creating cinematic films, commercial photography, creative campaigns and visual identities.

We believe meaningful visual work begins long before a camera is switched on. Every project starts with an idea — a clear concept that connects the story, the visuals and the message behind a brand.

By combining creative direction, film production, photography and strategic communication, we help brands express who they are through distinctive visual storytelling.

Two perspectives. One creative vision.

AETH. Collective was founded by Benno Villgrattner Schivari, also known as @schivarius, and Isabel Dialer. Bringing together complementary backgrounds in cinematography, photography, graphic design and digital communication, we approach every project as a collaboration between concept and execution.

Benno Villgrattner Schivari — Founder & Head of Visuals

Benno’s passion for photography began at the age of 13, when he received his first camera. After five years of studying film and photography in Berlin, he developed a visual approach shaped by cinematic composition, precise editing and considered colour grading.

At AETH. Collective, Benno leads visual direction and production, overseeing cinematography, photography, editing and colour grading. His focus is on creating imagery that goes beyond aesthetics — work that communicates atmosphere, emotion and meaning through every frame.

Isabel Dialer — Co-Founder & Head of Social Media

Isabel brings a multidisciplinary background in graphic design, content creation, community management and social media strategy. Having studied graphic design at the art high school in Merano, she approaches visual communication through composition, typography, brand identity and concept development.

At AETH. Collective, she leads social media and contributes to creative direction, campaign concepts, moodboards, client communication and content strategy. Her experience as a model and creative also gives her a practical understanding of working in front of the camera and translating creative ideas into effective visual communication.

Together, we bring creative development, production and communication into one collaborative process — ensuring that every project has a clear direction from the initial idea to its final delivery.

From concept to final frame.

Our process begins with understanding the brand, its audience and the purpose behind the project. From there, we develop a concept that informs every creative decision.

We work across creative direction, art direction, set design, cinematography, photography and post-production. Depending on the project, this can include developing moodboards, selecting materials and textures, shaping lighting and composition, or building a complete visual environment around a campaign.

We approach set design and production as an extension of the original concept. Every detail contributes to the overall visual language, creating consistency between the idea, the environment and the final imagery.

Beyond production, we consider how the work will be communicated. Through social media strategy, content planning and creative campaign development, we help ensure that the resulting visuals serve a purpose beyond the shoot itself.
